The Zemi exceeded my expectations. Flight delays had us miss our first night at the resort and when we arrived they told us they had refunded us (on a non-refundable booking) for our first night. Pleasant surprises and treatment from the staff was throughout our stay. The property was lovely and clean, the staff was so friendly and helpful, and the restaurants were delicious. There were great local "walkable" beach restaurants to offer some variety and get us off our lounge chairs. I hate to share this review as I'd love to keep The Zemi quiet because it was so heavenly! I did not have kids with me and I don't really think there is enough to keep kids busy here. Definitely more of an adult resort.

Our room was great for family - two room penthouse with a big living room and full kitchen. The food was great at the hotel and the staff very friendly and helpful, both at the restaurants, housekeeping and beach. The beach was also beautiful.

Breakfast was great. Plenty of choices. Staff excellent. Rhum Room memorable. Pool options were terrific. Despite not having a water view, the adult pool was very relaxing. We had 2 adjoining rooms which were large and lovely.
